1. About JIMRUC®
JIMRUC® is a lifestyle earplug brand offering products designed for different everyday environments, including sleep, travel, work, study, and social events.
Our current product range includes:

- FLOW: Travel and commuting.
- SILENCE: Sleep and rest.
- PULSE: Nights out and events.
Each product has a different intended use. Please review the relevant product page and instructions before purchasing.
2. Product Information and Claims
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and usage guidance.
Product appearance, colours, packaging, and availability may vary slightly or change over time.
Earplugs reduce some surrounding sound to varying degrees, depending on the product, fit, insertion, and environment. They do not eliminate all sound, and actual performance may vary between users.
Unless expressly stated and supported by suitable testing or certification, no product should be assumed to provide a specific sound-reduction rating, certified hearing protection, or medical-grade performance.
JIMRUC® products are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
3. Product Selection and Safe Use
Customers are responsible for selecting a product appropriate for their intended use and following its instructions.
Do not force an earplug into the ear canal. Stop using it if it causes pain, irritation, or other discomfort.
Earplugs should not be used in situations where hearing traffic, alarms, emergency warnings, or other important sounds is necessary for safety.
Please follow the care and cleaning instructions supplied with your specific product.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
Orders are subject to stock availability, accurate pricing, and payment confirmation. We will communicate order confirmation through the available ordering system or contact channel.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or unavailable stock.
If payment has been received for an order that we cancel, we will arrange any refund due.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices will be displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout page.
Applicable delivery charges and other mandatory charges will be disclosed before the order is completed.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered through the applicable checkout or ordering channel.
We may update prices for future purchases. A price change does not automatically alter the agreed price of an already-confirmed order.
